Tuition

• Annual tuition is $10,800 per student.

• Tuition is billed over 10 months, from August through May, resulting in a monthly tuition payment of $1,080.

• Statements are sent on the first of each month. When the first falls on a weekend or holiday, statements may be sent on the next business day. Payments are due by the 10th of each month.

Payment Options

Families may make payments using any of the following methods:

• ACH automatic withdrawal

• Zelle: office@hmawindward.org

• Check payable to HMA Windward

• Cash payments made in the school office

• Online: www.hmawindward.org/payandgive

• Venmo for fundraising and incidental charges: @hmawindwardwc

Families wishing to use ACH may contact the school office for an authorization form.

Pay in Full or Semester Discount

• Families who pay their annual tuition in full or by semester receive a 2% tuition discount.

• Annual payments must be received by the first day of school. Semester payments must be received by the first day of each semester to qualify for the discount.

Registration & Annual Fees

• Registration Fee: $125 per student

• 8th Grade Fee: $125 per student 

Available Discounts

• SDA Tuition Assistance: $2,000 annually

• Military Discount: $200 annually

• Second Child Discount: $150 annually

• Third Child Discount: $200 annually

• Early Registration Discount (returning families only): $125 when registration fees are paid by April 30
